We also conduct a thorough review of your website and social media channels to understand your brand voice and visual style. This helps us maintain consistency with your existing style if you wish. Additionally, we research your industry to create high-quality, relevant content for your audience.
It varies. Some clients have plenty of content we can use, while others may not. For clients with abundant content, we primarily work with what they provide. For those with limited content, we often use premium stock photos or create graphic-design-based posts that align with your brand. Ultimately, we collaborate with you to decide on the best approach.

The content is created from scratch and tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of your brand. It’s designed for various purposes, including marketing, branding, education, or entertainment.
We’ll make sure to include that. All our posts are planned out a month in advance, so if these items are scheduled ahead of time, we can easily incorporate them. We always check in with you before the start of each month to see if there’s anything you’d like to add to the next batch. However, if there’s something urgent that you want to post immediately, we recommend posting it yourself and leaving the planned content to us.

We can only create content in English.
Yes, you can. We encourage clients to add their own content as needed. How involved you are is entirely up to you. If you're too busy to manage social media, you can relax knowing we’ve got your accounts covered.
Due to the significant manual effort involved in crafting tailored content for each client based on their unique brief, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.
Backspace does not guarantee performance, results, or content quality. We are happy to make any necessary revisions within the original scope of the brief.
If clients encounter technical issues with our scheduling platform, we are more than willing to assist. However, if these issues remain unresolved, we recommend posting the content yourself.
Your payment covers content creation, and the additional service of posting on your behalf is complimentary. If technical issues prevent us from posting for you, it does not warrant a refund—simply download the content and post it on your own.
